Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Your tracking email follows once the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it's been more than 4 business days, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Tracking not updating?
It can take 2–4 business days for a new number to start showing movement. That's normal and it doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
How long delivery takes
Standard shipping is 6–10 business days after processing, free on every order. If you pass 20 business days with no delivery, email us — we'll replace it or refund you.
